Kimberly Lo, DVM

Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Dermatology

Dr. Kimberly Lo graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 with special recognition for her abilities in dermatology. Prior to accepting a residency position at Animal Dermatology Clinic - Tustin, she completed a one-year rotating internship at VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialists. She obtained her Diplomate status with the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD) in 2016. Her previous research includes optimal collection techniques for bacterial and yeast infections of the nail beds in dogs.

Dr. Lo has a strong interest in ear disease, allergies and autoimmune skin diseases. She primarily sees cases at our Animal Dermatology Clinic - Tustin and Mission Viejo, California, locations, and occasionally practices at ADC – Indianapolis, Indiana. She is passionate about all things skin and brachycephalic (smush-faced) dogs, which often go hand in hand.

Fun Facts:

Outside the clinic, Dr. Lo enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, going to farmer’s markets, eating tacos, and spending time with her family. She also has an allergic golden retriever at home who loves visiting the clinic.
